Conference and Huddle Room AV at ResinTech’s Camden Headquarters
JD Sound and Video designed and installed AV systems for conference rooms, huddle spaces and a third-floor boardroom at ResinTech’s headquarters in Camden, New Jersey. The project brought presentation and video-conferencing capabilities to several types of meeting space within the headquarters.
The requirement
ResinTech needed spaces that could support presentations, video conferencing and collaboration. The design needed to account for different room sizes while providing a consistent approach to meeting-room operation.
The installed solution
The installation used Crestron Mercury tabletop systems in huddle and conference rooms. The boardroom combined Shure MXA910 ceiling microphones, Crestron amplification, ceiling loudspeakers and a touchscreen; Huddly cameras supported video conferencing.
The operating approach
Rather than treating each room as an unrelated system, the project established a coordinated approach to room technology. Equipment was selected for the needs of the individual spaces while keeping everyday presentation and conferencing tasks central to the design.
