System Requirements

Allentown High School needed a new stadium sound system, as the current system of horns and a paging amplifier, had failed.


System Design

Using EASE Focus, we designed a new pressbox-based speaker system.  We used a Google Earth satellite image to create the optimal layout for the best sound.  Our design team utilized Community’s R-series speakers which are design for this exact application.

Result

The new sound system provides high-quality speech and music reinforcement for the entire stadium.

Washington Township High School Stadium Sound System

System Requirements

The new stadium sound system had to incorporate the existing Community R1 loudspeakers, add additional cabinets for better coverage in the bleachers, simplify control and provide reliable components.


System Design

We installed new drivers in the existing Community R1 loudspeakers, re-mounted and aimed them for better coverage and added three additional cabinets to provide better coverage on the bleachers.  A new rack provides a secure location for the new equipment and a single power button with simple Symetrix wall controls provides a simple way to power the system on and off and control the levels.

Point Pleasant High School Stadium Sound System

Point Pleasant High School Stadium Sound System

System Requirements

The Point Pleasant Borough High School stadium needed a high-quality sound system that would cover the entire stadium while being mindful of the homes that surrounded the complex.  The system has to provide wireless microphones for use on the field, and they wanted the best speech and music reproduction.


System Design

Our design team utilized a combination of satellite images and laser measurements to create a 3D sound system model.  This allowed us to see the coverage of the system while working to keep the sound spill to a minimum in the nearby residential area.

 


Result

The new sound system provides outstanding audio for the fans and athletes, with the ability to handle any size crowd.  The presets allow the school to turn off zones when not needed, further reducing the levels outside the stadium.

Wall High School Stadium Sound System

System Requirements

The new stadium sound system for Wall High School had to provide high-quality speech and music reinforcement for the home stands, field, the visitor stands as well as the concession area. Multiple modes of operation were needed for various types of events including graduation.


System Design

A computer model of pressbox and pole-mounted loudspeakers proved to be the best design.

Field Sound System

Haverford College Swan Field Sound System

System Requirements

The new Swan field sound system for Haverford College had to provide coverage for the entire field including the bleachers across from the coach’s box.  Due to the nearby buildings hosting classes and several local homes, the sound level at the property line had to be within the local noise ordinance.


System Design

Using detailed plans with Google Earth and EASE, a model was created ensuring that the desired quality and level can be provided without disrupting people not on the field.
